Scenery Sacrifice - Help Required - The Final Act

It's been a mammoth task throughout the year to clear out CADS large scenery container but the end is finally in sight :-) All that remains to be done is to saw up/dismantle what scenery is left and put it into a skip which we have organised. The scenery is ready and waiting next to the skip which is next to the big container (no. 5). We will be on site from 10am to 2pm on Sunday 31st August at KJAR - any and all help appreciated please. No skill required, just your energy. Bring gloves and if you have one, a hand saw suitable for wood.

Panto Time - Oh Yes It Is!

That time of year has come round again, time to set the serious drama aside and get ready for more awful jokes, goodies & baddies, incredible costumes and general silliness. Duncan Moore will be directing this year's showpiece which will be staged for the first time in quite a while at the Town Hall. This year's show is........ wait for it........ well it's a secret, you'll have to come along to find out. We will be having a script readthrough on Thursday Sept 4th, 7pm, at Coombes Community Centre where all will be revealed, followed by auditions in the KJAR Drama Studio on Thursday Oct 2nd, further details to follow.

CADS Social - Third Thursday

It's been great to see so many of you in recent months, especially with the weather allowing us to be outside at The Old Bull. Don't let the end of the summer stop you though - it'll be great to see as many as possible for a monthly social on the Third Thursday - the next one in Thursday 18th Sept, 7.30pm-ish.
